the Housetruck 'owlize' journey ....
Life took a detour in 1995 when Gwynna was working at Mana Retreat Centre on the Coromandel Peninsular, North Island, New Zealand.
Gwynna literally stumbled upon an old wreck of a house-truck built in the 1970's sitting on drums in a paddock .... no truck attached.
Having dreamed for some years of traveling NZ in a house-truck so began a 3 year journey of restoration to full self containment certification.
Fantasies are free, its the dreams that cost !!!

When it's time for a break from the ordinary ....
people were keen to experience life on the open road in a Gypsy home and linked
up with Gwynna in what ever location she happened to be traveling, to experience natural therapy and wholesome meals on a few
days 'home-stay'.
Her most memorable home-stay guest was a pioneering woman in her late 80's whose life history was an incredible tale of hardship and grief but whose resilience endowed her with the most amazing spirit.
This dear soul was the example of good grief lived well.
